ABOUT EMMA

My name is Emma, and everything I offer has been shaped by what I’ve lived, healed, and held — both for myself and for others.

I’m a qualified therapist, breathwork facilitator, and a guide for those navigating life’s most sacred and difficult transitions — but those are just the titles. At my core, I’m someone who believes in the power of healing, story, and soulful connection — especially in life’s most uncertain, transformative moments.

I offer integrative support that blends subconscious healing, trauma-informed therapy, spiritual care, and energetic practices. I support people through anxiety, grief, identity loss, emotional pain, and the parts of life that feel heavy and hard to hold — creating space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported.

Through The Final Chapter Co., I walk beside individuals and families during times of death, dying, and loss — offering grief counselling, sacred transition support, legacy work, and eulogy writing.

Alongside this, I offer 1:1 therapy and energy healing through my private practice — helping people release shame, rebuild confidence, recover after heartbreak, and reconnect with their self-worth.

I’m a mother to two beautiful daughters. I know the vulnerability that comes with raising children, holding a family together, and trying to stay connected to yourself along the way.

I’ve lived through pregnancy loss, divorce and heartbreak. I’ve walked with grief, made hard choices, and carried emotional weight I didn’t think I could ever put down. These experiences — raw and real — have shaped the way I hold space.
